General reservation, stay and payment rules
- standard minimum length of stay – 2 nights
- bookings can be made by phone, e-mail or through the form on the website
- to confirm your booking, an advance deposit is required
- there is a possibility of cancellation of the booking up to 30 days before planned arrival
- the remaining amount of your fee should be paid on arrival in cash or by money transfer
- hotel day lasts from 4:00 PM till 11:00 AM
- quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM
- if possible, we speed up your check-in / delay check-out
- we do not charge an additional fee for water nor electricity
- there is a possibility of an extra bed for a small child in the form of a travel cot without additional charges
- smoking is strictly prohibited, a designated smoking area is located outside
- we do our best to make the area of Biała Kalina safe, however we ask that underage children are not left unattended by adults.
- please do not leave your pets locked in your rooms while you are away
- we reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforseen exceptions ( i.e. illness, technical brakedown) but we suggest to move the booking to other date or return the deposit
