Privacy Policy

I. General Provisions

  1. The privacy policy defines how personal data of Users necessary for the provision of services via electronic means through the internet service [https://bialakalinakaczawy.pl/] (hereinafter: Service) are collected, processed and stored.
  2. The Service collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services it offers.
  3. Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of collecting personal data

  1. Personal data is used for the purpose of: o communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.) o sending the newsletter (after the User has consented to receive it), o marketing, remarketing, affiliation, o analytical and statistical activities, o establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them.
  2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Service.

IV. Type of personal data processed The Controller may process the User’s personal data: first and last name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, NIP.

V. Period of personal data processing Personal data of Users will be processed for the period:  when the basis for data processing is the performance of the contract – until the expiry of claims after its performance,  when the basis for data processing is consent – until it is withdrawn, and after the consent is withdrawn until the expiry of claims. In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to conducting business activities – 3 years (unless a specific provision provides otherwise).

VI. Sharing of personal data

  1. Personal data of Users may be transferred to entities associated with the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, such as companies handling e-payments, courier/postal service providers, law firms.
  2. Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. User Rights

  1. The User has the right to access their personal data, correct it, delete it, limit its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw their consent at any time (which does not affect the legality of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal).

  3. The Administrator fulfills or denies the request immediately, no later than within a month of receiving it.
  4. The User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that their rights and freedoms are being violated (GDPR).

VIII. Cookies

  1. The Service collects information using session, persistent, and third-party cookies.
  2. The collection of cookie files supports the proper provision of services in the Service and serves statistical purposes.
  3. The User can determine the scope of cookies’ access to their device in their browser settings.

IX. Automated decision-making and profiling

  1. User data cannot be processed in an automated way that could result in any decisions being made against them.
  2. User data can be profiled to tailor content and personalize offers after they have given their consent.

X. Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, without limiting the User’s rights.
  2. Information about changes made will appear as a message available in the Service.
  3. In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law apply.
